We work with high performing leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies and with entrepreneurs, including TED Fellows, in multi-country initiatives.

We have a strong team of five senior associates that offer our services in the USA, Brazil, the UK and throughout the world. Our team of seasoned consultants, executive coaches and workshop facilitators offer a combined 100+ years of experience in transformational leadership interventions


Claudio Toyama, CEO

Claudio Toyama is an accomplished executive coach, workshop facilitator, and customer experience consultant with 20 years of international experience.

Claudio’s passion lies in transforming business as we know it. He loves to work with leaders and teams that want to make a positive impact and leave a legacy. He believes that profit and growth are byproducts of great offerings and outstanding delivery.

He has lived and worked in five countries on four continents – Brazil, Japan, Italy, U.K., and the U.S. He graduated from Newfield Network in Ontological Coaching and is an ICF certified coach. Claudio has a degree in Business Administration, with postgraduate degrees in Communication Studies and Marketing & Strategy and a Masters degree in Interactive Multimedia (London Institute – UK) where his dissertation focused on learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.

Nancy Martin

After being trained in Ontological (the whole being) Coaching through the Newfield Network, Nancy finds herself combining her unique set of trainings and skills to help those needing that push to be more confident and effective, working with them to get what they want in business and life. Nancy is grateful for her work as a coach/trainer and for those that trust her to work with them.

Nancy started her professional career at the age of 14 as a dance instructor/choreographer/performer. By 18 she had developed and managed a new program for her company that was the highest earner in the already successful company. From there she took that studio from one to five locations over a four year period.

After maximizing her talents and skills there, she moved on to the corporate world where she was formally trained in management and became the manager that would open new locations then became the “fixer” of failing departments to bring them back to life. Nancy now loves taking this unique combination of skills to help corporations maximize their potential through her training and coaching.

Daniel Kimble

Daniel is a seasoned coach and 20+ year veteran of the Silicon Valley high-tech industry.  Daniel partners with executives and teams to accelerate their ability to lead and collaborate in inspiring ways that maximize productivity, always with a results-oriented and compassionate approach.  As a coach, Daniel brings warm confidence, deep wisdom, and a keen insight into how to lead.  Daniel’s depth and breadth of industry experience, combined with a natural gift for seeing what makes people tick enable him to quickly cut-to-the-heart of leadership challenges in a hands-on and highly compassionate way that rapidly moves leaders into performing at their very best every day.

In his coaching practice, Daniel draws heavily from his experience as a motorcycle road-race winner, racetrack driving coach, improvisation performer, storyteller and musician. Through a calm, grounding and insightful presence that really opens people up to things they didn’t know they had within them, Daniel is able to teach executives and teams how to be even more present and consistently excel in high stakes environments.  Clients frequently cite Daniel’s decades of operational experience, fluency in strategy/operations/finance, and his results-oriented, empathic, and heart-centered approach as key reasons why he is so often entrusted as an executive confidante, coach and advisor.

Daniel holds Executive MBA degrees from Columbia University and UC Berkeley, a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz, an executive coaching certificate from UC Berkeley, and is an active member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Lene Gillis

Lene Gillis is a seasoned analyst with experience in business analysis, financial analysis and business development.

Lene has been successful in working across cultures, communities and can communicate in five languages. She goes by the mentality of having no fear for failure. Making mistakes is part of being successful. She excels at providing analytical horsepower to turn large amounts of information and data into actionable insights. But she’s a people person. For her, there’s no greater feeling than being tasked with connecting with people, improving business processes and taking a business to the next level.

She has lived and worked in four countries – Belgium, United States, Argentina and Colombia. She has 2 Master degrees, one in Business Communications (University of Leuven, Belgium) and one in Economics (University of Leuven, Belgium) and also has a certificate in Global Leadership (Saint Mary’s College, California, US).

Willa Gaitanis

Willa Gaitanis is a Professional Coach certified by the ICF (International Coach Federation), Strategic Start executive consultant, and Ken Blanchard Trainer whose passion is supporting the development of others as they aspire to greater ideals of their own.

She is the former Coaching and Executive Transition Program Manager at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, and, most recently, she established First Frontier Consulting, LLC. Willa’s most recent accomplishments include establishing the first internal coaching program at the NASA/Goddard and ensuring that 20% of the Goddard Space Flight Center personnel received coaching during the first 6 years.

She also increased the number of internal coaches from 1 to 21, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars saved for the government each year. In addition, she instituted the first transition program for executives and their new organization at Goddard, a program which was adopted agency-wide.”

Peggy Linden

Peggy Linden’s focus is on helping people get unstuck and moving forward with ease through challenging times to reach deep fulfillment in their lives. Her creative approach includes the arts, coaching, CranioSacral Therapy and other bodywork modalities, and using the power of facilitating groups and communities of practice, enabling people to learn from one another.

She specializes in working with clients who live in their heads – helping them to connect with their body to access their wisdom. One benefit is making better quality decisions by accessing their sensations and awareness.

Her career has varied – from developing an anti-terrorism training program (State Department) to developing leadership training for the hospitality industry (Marriott International), to developing training materials and a train-the-trainer for a spiritual healing program (Healing from the Core). She blends coaching, creativity, and the body in her coaching, group work and teaching art.

Rayna Schroeder

Rayna brings over twenty years of hands-on experience with diverse organizations to her coaching, training, and consulting work. As a Leadership Coach, she plays the role of confidante, sounding board, champion and mirror enabling her clients to speak candidly about their successes, challenges and possibilities.

As a Management Consultant, expert trainer and facilitator, Rayna works with leaders and their teams on managing change and leadership development. Rayna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a B.S. in Business and Management and a M.S. in Positive Psychology.

She has extensive Federal government client experience as well as clients from the military and non-profit sectors. She is certified in a variety of assessments and 360 instruments and holds Top Secret security clearances from multiple Federal agencies. She is co-author of Becoming a Servant-Leader: A Workbook for Bringing Skill and Spirit to Professional and Personal Life.
